Generally AG uses one of two loot methods. Currently on our AG, and AG/PIF raids we are using a Suicide Kings loot system. This loot system is on a trial basis, and will be put up to a vote at some point in the future.
AG attempts to keep loot fair. It is our policy to only receive one item per raid, unless everyone has received an item or no one else is interested in that item and SK is a loot system which mimics these goals.
These items will be Master-Looted to the Guild Bank • Any non-upgrade BOE Green items • Any non-upgrade BOE Blue items • Any non-upgrade BOE Purple items
Note: If a BoE item is an upgrade for you, speak up! If there are more than 1 that the item will be an upgrade for, they will roll for it. Green items looted to the guild bank are then sold to continue funding guild events.
Loot Hierarchy (BoP Items): 1. Main Characters for whom the item will be an upgrade 2. Alternate Spec/Alternate Characters for whom the item will be an upgrade 3. Initiates / Temptags (Note: Initiates and Temptags should not expect to receive loot on any given AG raid) 4. Disenchant for Guild Bank.
Recipes/Plans/Schematics: Priority 1. Roll if can learn immediately upon looting. 2. Guild Bank for Up and Coming AGs. 3. Greed if Guild Bank has 2 or more.
Notes: • Remember to loot all bosses / mobs, you don’t want to forget any quest items! • Please try not to loot until the fight is over, bodies do not poof for some time. • Please be courteous; if an upgrade is an extremely minor upgrade for you, and a huge upgrade for someone else, take that into account when deciding to bid for the item
Exceptions: • These loot rules may be modified by the Raid Leader for any given raid zone. There are instances where drops may not fit under the structured guidelines. If this occurs (Ex. Hex Sticks in Zul’Aman), the Raid Leader will determine loot policy for that raid instance and item as the need arises)
